The French ministry of Economy, Industry and Digital Affairs and the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Development organized the Africa Development and Digital Days, 2016, to enable the meeting between African and French Digital Ecosystems.

A large delegation of Tunisian companies from the private sector in the digital domain led by Mr. Kais Sellami, president of the federation of ICT UTICA took part in the event, which took place from October 26 to 28, 2016 in Paris.

Tunisia was represented by Mr. Habib Dabbabi, Secretary of State for the Digital Economy, and the event saw the participation of 15 African ministers and 12 African delegations.

The objective of this Franco-African event was to meet and start a dialogue between public and private actors in African digital institutions and companies that contribute to the development of the continent. It was an opportunity for meetings, demonstrations and dialogue with the best public and private experts from the region.
