Secretary General of the Council of Saudi Chambers (CSC) Dr. Saud Al Meshari received in his office HE the Ambassador of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Joost Reintjes, where the two sides discussed economic and trade cooperation between the two countries.
The meeting touched on several topics which aim at coordinating efforts to enhance investment cooperation, maintain delegation exchanges, and organize joint activities to introduce investment opportunities and products of both countries.
The Dutch Ambassador assured his country’s keenness on enhancing trade and investment relations with Saudi Arabia due to the significant capabilities of both countries in this regard. He highlighted the incentivizing environment of the Netherlands, which supports creating partnerships between the two countries, expressing the Embassy’s willingness to coordinate with Dutch companies to organize bilateral visits and meetings in this regard, particularly in food security, petrochemicals, constructions, training, and healthcare for a better future.
For his part, the CSC Secretary General assured the distinguished relations joining the two Kingdoms, which continue to grow, emphasizing the importance of elevating these relations even further in the upcoming period. For this to take place, delegation exchanges must be activated to capitalize on the investment opportunities available in both countries, in addition to creating solid Saudi-Dutch partnerships. He expressed CSC’s readiness to provide the necessary help to facilitate the process for Dutch businesspeople and companies interested in establishing trade relations with their Saudi counterpart.
